VCA Athletics is changing the way we do volunteer sign-up during sporting events. Below is a step-by-step process on how to sign-up and volunteer. Parents and Families we are encouraging you to help us out this season. It takes everyone to support our teams and programs. We look forward to and are excited about offering a new, more streamlined, way of signing up for volunteers. Step 1: Log-in to Eventlink with the profile you made for registration. https://home.eventlink.com/ Step 2: Locate and click the "Event Jobs" tab (seen in attached picture) Step 3: Once on the Event Jobs tab, select the "Open Jobs" sub tab. (seen in picture) Step 4: Make sure Victory Christian Academy is selected as your school. Step 5: Set the date range from 11/14/25 to 11/13/26. (seen in picture) Step 6: You should now see a list of open positions to sign up for, select which positions you would like (admissions, concessions, scoreboard). NOTE: All shifts, please be there 45 minutes before the start of the event. Pictures are attached to help walk you through too. If you have any questions, please let the athletic department know.
