***UPDATED*** Registration information and Directions: In order to compete for VCA athletics this upcoming school year, you will need to complete the following items: 1. Obtain a up-to-date Sport Physical 2. Complete the "Heads-Up Concussion" and Emergency Contact forms 3. Register via Google Forms for the season of athletics 4. Pay the Athletic Fee (per sport/per season) Directions: 1. Obtaining your Sport Physical: Attached to this article is a 2025 IHSAA Sport Physical form, you may use this to obtain your physical with your doctor. Please make sure EVERY line and item is filled out or signed on this form before you submit it. 2. "Heads-Up Concussion" and Emergency Contact forms: The Athletic Department is moving to a digital system for our athletic forms. We will be using Eventlink as our website to submit our forms this year. Attached to this article are step-by-step instructions for "How to create" an Eventlink account and "How to complete athletic registrations". Both of the forms in this section are digital forms that can be filled out on Eventlink once an account has been made. 3. Register for Athletics via Google Forms: You will also need to register via Google Forms. This gives the Athletic Department information for the upcoming sport season. Paying your Sport Fee: For each sport and each season your child plays, they will need to pay a sport registration fee. This can be completed in various ways (Cash, check or online). If you are paying via cash or check, you may drop off payment at the North Campus Office (Checks can be made out to VCA Athletics). If you are paying online, Payment link for Fall registration: https://vcacademylions.revtrak.net/ . Please note online payment does charge you an extra fee for the transaction. Below are the fees : Middle School Sports: $175 High School Sports: $200 Homeschool (all levels): $325 Wrap-up: All athletic forms (including the sport physical) must be uploaded to your Eventlink Account. In addition, all forms, registration and payment for the fall season MUST BE COMPLETED BY 8/1/2025 (August 1st, 2025) in order to remain ELIGIBLE. If these are NOT completed by this DEADLINE, your child will become INELIGIBLE and be unable to compete or practice until everything is completed.
